Paul is a music teacher at Eunice Girls' School in Bloemfontein. He began piano training at an early age, received many music awards during his school career and was member of the Free State Youth Choir. He studied music at the University of the Free State, majoring in piano, violin and singing. He is an acclaimed accompanist and has made his mark as arranger, musical director and adjudicator. He has acted as rehearsalist for numerous productions.
